1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Hazy Game ("we", "us", "the platform"). 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Hazy Game supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There are no fees charged by Hazy Game on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Hazy Game processes the majority of withdrawal requests within five minutes during normal operating hours. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

8 Privacy and Data

Hazy Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used to verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. 10 Suspension and Account Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting Hazy Game support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.

11 Limitation of Liability

Hazy Game provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functional at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.
